Norman's in Coral Gables The birth of new fusion cuisine rests in a cozy two story dining chateau in the heart of Coral Gables. The dinner only restaurant features the handiwork of noted chef and culinary author Norman van Aken and nothing on the menu is ordinary. Your best bet, if you are daring and want to sample a bit of everything, is to go with the tasting menu where various exotic courses are served up. For a little more you can upgrade the tasting menu to have wine pairings to accompany every side. Given the choice, ask to sit downstairs. While the loft area is warm and inviting the low ceilings and slightly slower service (because the kitchen is downstairs) will make it the better choice for the evening.
