Mansion One of the few certainties in life is that there will always be a nightclub at 1235 Washington Avenue. The venue is perfect for it with a cavernous dance hall and tiered seating areas. The only thing that changes is the name -- be it Deco, Club 1235 or, now, Mansion. Like any hot club in South Beach your best advice is to arrive early and look sharp. This is one of those infamous velvet rope places where many in line just won't make the cut unless it's a slow night.
